Uptown Altamonte – A two-phased 9 acre mixed use development. Multiple projects were planned within the Uptown Altamonte Development. These projects include: 50,000 SF of restaurant space; 66,000 SF of retail space; 119,000 SF of office space; a 30,000 SF Fitness Center; and a 236 unit condo with associated parking. It is located on the corner of Crane’s Roost Blvd and S.R. 436 in Altamonte Springs, Seminole County, Florida.

Fountains at Tivoli Place – A 12 acre planned development consisting of 16 lots and 1 outparcel. This master planned community includes medical, professional and retail uses. This project was featured by the City of Ocoee in the 2009 City Calendar. This project is located in the City of Ocoee, Orange County, Florida.

Bank of America – This drive-in bank facility was a  part of a 1.5 acre master planned retail center in the City of Ocoee.

Starbucks – This project was part of  a 1.38 acre master planned commercial development. This site is located in Lake County, Florida.

Waterford Lakes E – This development is a 4 acre commercial subdivision located on Woodbury Road south of 417 in Orange County, Florida.

Evans Dining Hall – This project was the expansion of existing dinning hall for the Great Oaks Village Community Center. This county operated facility required infrastructure improvements to support the additional construction. This project is located on Michigan Street in the City of Orlando, Orange County, Florida.

Springview Offices – This development includes construction of a 20 lot commercial subdivision on 6 acres. The site is located at the Northwest corner of Spring Vista Drive and Englenook Drive in the City of Debary, Volusia County, Florida.

Weller Office Building – This development is a 12,625 SF Office/Warehouse Building located on South Orange Blossom Trail in Orange County, Florida.

Aida’s Paradise – This multi-phased development includes three separate facilities with shared infrastructures on a 5 acre site. This project is located on International Drive in Orange County, Florida.

Orlando Tile and Marble – This development on a .82-arce site that includes a 12,670 SF office, showroom, and warehouse. This project is located on North Palmetto Avenue South of Aloma Avenue in Orange County, Florida.

Orlando Promenade Center – This 17 acre professional office building development included a central retention/feature pond, walkway and seating areas for tennants. This project is proposed as a LEED Green Certified project. The site is located in the City of Orlando, Orange County, Florida.

192 Retail Center (JJ Plaza) – This development is a 14,400 SF retail center located on 2 acres, located on US HWY 192 in Polk County, Florida. 

Kissimmee Medical (Dr. Singh Office) – This development is a .488-acre, 4,200 SF Medical office located on the South East corner of Oak Street and Thacker Avenue in the City of Kissimmee, Osceola County, Florida.

Wingate Inn – This development is a 101 room, 5-story hotel located on 1.6 acres of land in Orlando, Orange County, Florida.

Sam Sneed’s Tavern – This development is a 6,250 SF single story restaurant located on the corner of Maitland Blvd and Keller Blvd. at the RDV Sportsplex in the City of Maitland, Orange County, Florida.

Meadow Ridge – This 8.52 acre planned development commercial subdivision included retail office space in front and professional/medical office space in the back. The site is located in the City of Ocoee, Orange County, Florida.

Seminole County Landfill - Maintenance Building – This development is a 2,575 SF office and a 5,343SF maintenance facility located at the Osceola Road Landfill in Geneva for Seminole County, Florida.

Carl Black GMC – This development consists of a car dealership with one building and a large car lot on 11.75 acres of land in  Orange County, Florida.

Clermont Town Center – This development was an addition of approximately 6 acres of commercial property to the existing East Lake Town Center Shopping Center located on the Northwest corner of S.R. 50 and Citrus Tower Boulevard in the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida.

Hampton Inn – This development on a 5 acre lot with a 51,737.61 SF hotel with 112 rooms. This project is located on International Drive in the City of Orlando, Orange County, Florida.

Cracker Barrel Restaurants – Various projects have been developed for Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores. This typical development consists of the construction of a 10,000 SF restaurant on 2 to 3 acre lots. Projects have been constructed in the City of Orlando, the City of Altamonte Springs, the City of Clermont, the City of Leesburg, Polk County, Orange County, Lake County, and Seminole County.

Inwood Office - This development includes a 10,000 SF office building, on a 2 acre lot. This project is located at the corner of Executive Drive and Clark Street in the City of Oviedo, Seminole County, Florida.

Cambria Suites – This hotel is included in a 5 acre master planned development. This site is located in the City of Orlando, Orange County, Florida.

Oakridge Gas Station – This is a 1/2 acre gas station site located at the intersection of Oakridge Road and Winegard Road in Orange County, FL. Like many small commercial developments, this infill project included a convenience store and gas pumps.

Holden Gas Station – This project is a 3 unit building consisting of commercial, retail and a gas station. It is located on 1.75 acres of land in the City of Orlando, Orange County, Florida. 

Grand Terrace at Metrowest – This is a 11 acre project located on the corner of Westgate Dr. and Kirkman Rd. in the City of Orlando, Orange County, Florida. This project precludes the development of a three lot site to contain a condominium complex, office and retail complex, and a convenience store and car wash.
