The Islands – This development consists of 19 acres with 76 single-family lots, located on Valencia College Lane and Millinockett Lane in the City of Orlando, Orange County, Florida. The Trails Subdivision – A 193 acre multi phased 406 lot single-family residential subdivision. This project is located on Snow Hill Road in Chuluota, Seminole County, Florida.

Commercial Development Fountains at Tivoli Place Bank of America Starbucks Waterford Lakes E – This development is a 4 acre commercial subdivision located on Woodbury Road south of 417 in City of Orlando, Orange County, Florida. Evans Dining Hall – This project was the expansion of existing dinning hall for the Great Oaks Village Community Center. This county operated facility required infrastructure improvements to support the additional construction. This project is located on Michigan Street in the City of Orlando, Orange County, Florida. Meadow Ridge Seminole County Landfill - Maintenance Building – This development is a 2,575 SF office and a 5,343SF maintenance facility located at the Osceola Road Landfill in Geneva for Seminole County, Florida. Hickory Tree Cemetery Clermont Town Center – This development was an addition of approximately 6 acres of commercial property to the existing East Lake Town Center Shopping Center located on the Northwest corner of S.R. 50 and Citrus Tower Boulevard in the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida. Hampton Inn – This development on a 5 acre lot with a 51,737.61 SF hotel with 112 rooms. This project is located on International Drive in the City of Orlando, Orange County, Florida. Cracker Barrel Restaurants – We have done various projects for Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores. This typical development consists of the construction of a 10,000 SF restaurant on 2 to 3 acre lots. Projects have been constructed in the City of Orlando, the City of Altamonte Springs, the City of Clermont, the City of Leesburg, Polk County, Orange County, Lake County, and Seminole County.. Cambria Suites Golden Sands Altamonte Town Center – a two-phased 9 acre mixed use development. It is located on the corner of Crane’s Roost Blvd and S.R. 436 in Altamonte Springs, Seminole County, Florida.

Industrial Grand Terrace at Metrowest – This is a 10.89 acre project located on the corner of Westgate Dr. and Kirkman Rd. This project precludes the development of a three lot site to contain a condominium complex, office and retail complex, and a convenience store and car wash. Florida Mining and Materials – These developments include concrete batch plant/Aggregate storage and office on 10 to 20-acres. These projects are located in Orange County and Osceola County, Florida. Orlando Central Park, Phases 1 and 2 – This development includes 2-250,000 SF warehouses. These projects are located in the Orlando Central Park South development in Orange County, Florida. Crossroads Business Park Lot 2 & 3 – This multi-phased industrial warehouse development includes 2 lots with 216,000 SF warehouses on each lot, all on 13-acres located in Orange County, Florida. Airport Industrial Park – This development is a 3 warehouse/ storage facility on 15.29-acres. This project is located on the South West corner of Boggy Creek Road and Jetport Drive in the City of Orlando. Melbourne Airport - This development included the construction of 4 airplane hangers with offices, parking drainage and utilities. This project is located in Melbourne International Airport in the City of Melbourne, Florida.

Commercial Pools Kissimmee Family Aquatic Center Pool –This 19.11-acre City of Kissimmee development consists of Baseball fields, Volleyball, soccer fields, softball fields, along with 3 pools, slides, water flumes and a children area. This project is located on Denn John Lane, South of Oak Leaf Lane in the City of Kissimmee, Florida. Celebration East Village Pool -This project is a 1,640 SF 48,000 gallon pool located in the Celebration East Village recreation center in Celebration Florida. Englewood –This project is a 3,500 gal community swimming pool located on Lacosta Drive in the City of Orlando, Florida. Dover Shores – This project is a 163,255 gal pool located on Gaston Foster Road in the City of Orlando, Florida. Avalon Park Pools – Two pools for Avalon Park Subdivision were designed. The first pool is 1,800sf, 61,336 gal and the second is 1,439sf, 45,136 gal. This subdivision is located on Alafaya Trail south of Lake Underhill in Orange County, Florida. Solvita Pools - Two pools on Solvita Blvd were designed. Both are 1000 SF, 29,157 gal pools. This project is located on Solvita Blvd., East of Pleasant Hill Blvd. in Polk County Florida. Sandhill Cove Pool – This project is a 25, 400 gal, 875 SF pool with associated parking, restrooms and clubhouse. This pool is located off Douglas Ave, South of East Lake Tohopekaliga in the City of St. Cloud Florida. Sheridan Place Pool – This project is a 1,740 SF, 56,000 gal pool with associated clubhouses, restrooms, weight room and parking. This pool is located on 23rd Ave. West, West of Highway 41 in the City of Brandenton, Florida. Disney World Tree House Pool and Spa – A filter replacement project converted an existing equipment house to accept high rate sand filters. Disney World North Studio Pool and Spa – A filter replacement project converted an existing equipment house to accept high rate sand filters. Disney World Yacht and Beach Club – Plans and specifications were developed to remove existing pool filtration. Disney World Fort Wilderness – A filter replacement project converted an existing equipment house to accept high rate sand filter. Disney World Mickey’s Retreat – Disney Worlds martinique drainage improvements. Drainage modifications and plans were created.
